PC Players Gain Early Access
Official sources confirm that preloading begins June 4th at 7 AM PDT (10 AM EDT) - exactly 24 hours before servers go live. Only pre-order customers qualify for this early access window. Standard edition purchasers can preload but won't receive head start privileges.

All pre-order editions unlock preloading capabilities on June 4th when the countdown begins. Steam will automatically make the files available to qualifying users at the designated time.
Console Availability Pending
