The National Support System is designed to assist citizens, enabling them to benefit from all available support types.
In alignment with the government's commitment to easing the financial impact on Omani citizens from the liberalization of fuel prices, electricity, and water costs, and in implementation of the Council of Ministers' decision, the National Support System was established. It supports eligible segments of Omani society based on government-defined criteria. The system serves all qualifying Omani citizens, functioning as a single window. It offers a straightforward, reliable mechanism for citizens to participate equally and access the benefits of support.
