Fields of Mistria, like many farming simulators, includes a fishing minigame. The rarest fish are the Legendary Fish, and this guide details how to catch them all.

Legendary Fish Locations

Four Legendary Fish await in Fields of Mistria. Their rarity is offset by an in-game notification: "A legendary fish is nearby." This daily alert signals your opportunity to fish for them.

Remember: you must unlock the Legendary fishing skill (Tier 3, 80 Essences) to even encounter these fish. Don't expect to catch all four in your first year, but prioritize unlocking this skill before year two.

Spring – Cherry Fish

The Cherry Fish spawns only in Spring, during windy weather. Target the large eastern pond near the city, focusing on small shadows. The smaller pond by Mistria Town's Manor House is an alternative location.

Summer – Lightning Fish

The Lightning Fish appears in Summer during stormy weather. The Narrows' western rivers offer prime fishing spots. Explore other rivers in the city or on your farm, looking for medium-sized shadows.

Fall – Leaf Fish

The Leaf Fish is a Fall resident, found in rivers (especially those along the Eastern Road) during windy conditions. Its small size requires attention to smaller shadows.

Winter – Snow Fish

The Snow Fish appears in Winter during snowy weather. Fish from the beach or explore the small western island. Its medium size makes it easier to spot amongst other fish.

Using Legendary Fish

Donate your Legendary Fish to the Museum. Collecting all four unlocks a reward: Fish Wings. Museum progress influences additional rewards, including furniture, recipes, and treasure chests.
