Your quest for these feathers leads you to the Celebcrow, a unique bird resembling a tuxedo with its plumage. In Florawish, these birds are located on the eastern outskirts, requiring a trek along the north coast of Silken Lake. Be sure to collect other valuable items like Blings, Whimstars, and Dews of Inspiration along your journey.
