Unfrozen has unveiled a new teaser video for their upcoming turn-based strategy game, Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era, offering a closer look at the Dungeon faction's units. The developers stated, "Beyond showcasing the remaining factions, we wanted to fill in some gaps from our initial Dungeon preview. This includes introducing our more elusive third-tier units! Please note that some abilities and combat stances from the first video might differ here, as this focuses on previously unseen aspects."
The Dungeon faction boasts a roster of classic creatures including troglodytes, minotaurs, medusas, and dragons. Each unit features upgraded variants with improved stats and unique skills. The Infernal Hydra, for example, possesses a passive ability that diminishes enemy damage over multiple turns, significantly bolstering its battlefield effectiveness.
The video provides a glimpse into the current animations and stats of these creatures. However, the developers emphasize that balance adjustments may occur before the official release.
Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era is slated for Early Access launch in Q2 2025, with a full release planned for later.
