Unlocking the legendary Napoleon Bonaparte is surprisingly simple. No in-game purchases or extensive playtime are required. Simply register a 2K account and link it to your preferred Civilization VII platform.

Once linked, log into your 2K account and navigate to the "Connections" section. Complete the platform connection, and Napoleon is yours!
How to Get Revolutionary Napoleon
Securing the Revolutionary Napoleon skin is a bit more involved. Unlike his standard counterpart, simply linking accounts isn't enough.

You must own Civilization VI. Log in with your linked 2K account to allow Civilization VII to recognize your ownership and grant you the French Revolutionary skin. Crucially, ensure your 2K accounts for both Civilization VI and Civilization VII are identical. Any mismatch will prevent you from claiming the skin.
That’s all there is to it! While standard Napoleon is easily acquired, the Revolutionary skin requires ownership of the previous installment.
