Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has released its first update post-launch. Sandfall Interactive shared details in a Steam blog post dated April 30, unveiling that Hotfix 1.2.2 is now live, focusing on critical bug fixes and localization enhancements.
The update addresses several in-game issues, including a soft-lock that could occur when stunning the Grown Bourgeon, as well as other soft-lock problems on the world map. Additionally, the update includes improved localization for French, German, and Chinese languages.
Sandfall Interactive is committed to continuous improvement and promises more updates soon. While these patches enhance the gaming experience, the community eagerly anticipates larger updates, such as potential DLCs.
This week, Expedition 33’s lead writer took to Instagram to address fan inquiries about DLC. Although no confirmation was provided, the response was optimistic, hinting that due to the game's success, a DLC is a strong possibility.
