The hit mobile murder-mystery adaptation, Cluedo, has launched its bone-chilling Winter update. Venture into the heart of an isolated polar research station to confront your most frigid case to date. Better pack your winter gear, because this mystery is a real cold front... or perhaps, The Thing.

All jokes aside, you won't encounter shape-shifting aliens at The Polar Research Station. You will, however, need to stay alert to avoid meeting your end via an oxygen tank or an ice pick. This thematic update introduces six new weapons, nine rooms, nine case files, and four cosmetic items.

The characters in Marmalade Game Studios' Cluedo also get a winter wardrobe refresh, perfectly suited for the polar setting. They explore a brand-new map complete with immersive, freezing weather effects.

Choosing a frozen research station is a logical move. This "closed circle" setting, a staple of mystery fiction, isolates the characters from outside assistance, while the unique environment creates opportunities for inventive sleuthing and clever murder methods.
