Crunchyroll's New PictoQuest: A Retro Puzzle RPG for Subscribers
Anime streaming giant Crunchyroll has released a unique new game, PictoQuest, an engaging puzzle RPG now available on Android. This retro-styled RPG is exclusive to Crunchyroll Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan subscribers.
What is PictoQuest?
PictoQuest transports you to Pictoria, a land where legendary paintings have vanished. Your mission: recover them! This involves solving picross-style puzzles, battling enemies, and ultimately defeating the mischievous wizard, Moonface.
The gameplay blends picross puzzles (filling grids based on numerical clues) with RPG elements. Your health points act as a timer, adding a strategic element to puzzle-solving. Earn gold to purchase healing potions and power-ups in the in-game shop. Complete missions from villagers scattered across the world map to unlock further challenges.
