Disney Dreamlight Valley's free Tales of Agrabah update brought Aladdin and Princess Jasmine to Dreamlight Valley, allowing players to welcome them both home. This guide details Aladdin's friendship quests and rewards, and how to unlock them.

Aladdin’s Friendship Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Aladdin's initial request is simple: a photo with the Magic Carpet. Equip the Carpet as a companion, then take a selfie to complete the "Carpet Diem" quest, starting in Agrabah.
Good As Gold (Level 2 Friendship)
Level up Aladdin with his favorite gifts to unlock "Good As Gold." Aladdin needs your help casing Scrooge McDuck's shop to test his new security system. First, talk to Scrooge, then photograph: the vault door, both staircases (aim for wide shots to cover all requirements efficiently). Afterwards, discuss the next phase with Aladdin; he suggests dark, sporty attire (nighttime is optional).
Inside the shop, press the large red button (left of the counter) to activate Scrooge's system. This transforms the shop, revealing light pools and buttons to manipulate them. Experiment to learn the controls. A suggested approach: activate the center button, then the back-right wall buttons (to turn off two upstairs lights). Next, use the button above the right staircase, followed by the button above the left staircase. Finally, use the center button again and the button on the right counter downstairs. Turn off the light above the initial button, then press that button again. Collect the four floating coins by gliding and interacting with them.
Outside, nine more coins await; collect them. Give all coins to Aladdin at his house. Take a photo of Aladdin and the gold pile, then listen to Aladdin and Scrooge's post-mission chat. Finally, speak to Aladdin to complete the quest.
Bring Your Own Carpet (Level 4 Friendship)
Aladdin wants to craft a Dreamlight Magic Carpet. Merlin directs you to the Dreamlight Library for three books: Fabric Enchantment, Carpet Weaving, and Flying Technique (located near the back-left book pile, back-right shelf, and left of the central desk).
Give the books to Aladdin; he'll then direct you to Minnie. Gather these supplies and deliver them to Aladdin's house: 4 Dream Shards, 4 Blue Hydrangeas (Dazzle Beach), 4 Purple Bell Flowers (Forest of Valor), and 25 Fiber (Kristoff's Stall or crafting).
After Aladdin crafts the carpet, interact with it to initiate flight. Aladdin will then guide you on a valley tour, providing snacks to maintain energy (the carpet functions as a glider, requiring full energy).
Equip the carpet, and follow Aladdin's tour route: Plaza banner, Forest of Valor, Dazzle Beach ramp, Peaceful Meadow ramp, Dazzle Beach bridge, and finally the pier. Consult the quest menu if you get lost. Remember, the carpet functions as a glider; obstacles will still affect your progress. Complete the tour by speaking to Aladdin at the pier.
All That Glitters (Level 7 Friendship)
Aladdin's Level 7 quest involves creating a grand bouquet for Jasmine. Gather 4 yellow and 6 purple flowers; give them to Aladdin. He'll then reveal a treasure hunt using a scroll from Scrooge.
The scroll leads to Ariel's island. Find the Golden Sun Piece (upper-right peninsula), insert it into the tall rock, and obtain the broken pillar pieces (buried box and barrel). Interact with the pillar; nothing happens. Consult Aladdin, then take a photo of the pillar.
Talk to Maui, Ariel, and Rapunzel; they offer no help. Return to Ariel's island; Jasmine is there, providing a crucial clue from the Golden Sun Piece: "From the tiniest seed, water creates blooms as tall as golden towers."
Interact with the pillar, rotating the pieces to show water, a seed, and a flower. Collect the treasure (a golden tea set) and give it to Aladdin to complete the quest.
Rewards from Aladdin’s Friendship Path in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Friendship levels are increased through daily conversations, gifting (three maximum per day), and accompanying Aladdin on tasks. Serving him meals (especially 4- or 5-star dishes) in restaurants also boosts friendship.
