But what if those delightful, surreal dreams took a dark turn? With the new Nightmare update, you'll get to experience just that.
Dreamland has transformed into a Nightmare, thanks to the sinister influence of the Queen of the Night. Nightmare monsters are not only invading the dream world but have also started to infiltrate the 'real world' of Kaia Island. To restore peace before the event concludes on May 21st, you must confront the Queen and her minions head-on.
Prepare to battle five distinct types of Nightmare Monsters terrorizing the island, such as the Sneering Pillow and the Abandoned Doll. To vanquish these foes, you'll need to wield the newly introduced Dream Gun. Successfully defeating all of them will earn you the exclusive mount, Bed Consumed by Nightmares, as a special reward!
**Night terrors**
But beware, it's not just the Nightmare Monsters you need to watch out for. The regular creatures of Kaia Island have also been tainted by the nightmares. You'll encounter new varieties of fish and insects, which you can catch and trade for Nightmare Essence, the event's currency.
In the Dreamland Workshop, you can craft new nightmare-themed furniture like the Nightmare Music Box and the Nightmare Garden Lamp. Plus, there's a new pet to add to your collection—the Nightmare Sheep.
