Dive into the newly released Android game, *Dwarfs in Exile*, a text-based multiplayer management game from an indie developer. Previously a browser-based title, it's now exclusively available on the Google Play Store.
The Story
Banished by the Dwarfen King to the forbidden lands, you're tasked with keeping a colony of grumpy dwarves alive and building a thriving settlement. You'll manage every aspect of your dwarven community, assigning work, gathering resources, crafting tools, and expanding your settlement to accommodate more residents. But be warned: a full settlement prevents new dwarves from joining, even after completing recruitment quests.
Each dwarf possesses unique stats (perception, strength, etc.) impacting their job performance. Strategic pairing of dwarves and equipment is key to maximizing productivity. A robust occupation system allows you to assign dwarves as miners, crafters, and more. You can even mentor child dwarves to accelerate their skill development, though they won't contribute until they reach age 20.
Acquiring More Dwarves
Expand your colony by completing quests or hiring dwarves using in-game coins. Maintain sufficient food supplies to prevent starvation, and remember that deceased dwarves return their equipment to your inventory.
Dwarfs in Exile offers a rich and engaging management experience. Check it out on the Google Play Store if this sounds like your kind of adventure!
