Adventure Week kicks off Friday, August 2nd, at 10 am and runs until Monday, August 12th. This year's event focuses on Rock-type and Fossil Pokémon, offering abundant opportunities to catch these powerful creatures. Keep an eye out for increased wild spawns, 7 km Eggs containing rare finds, and themed Field Research tasks leading to exciting encounters.
Prepare for boosted Shiny encounter rates, especially for Aerodactyl! Other Rock-type Pokémon like Diglett and Bunnelby will also appear more frequently. With a little luck, you might even stumble upon a Shiny Aerodactyl in the wild.
The 7 km Eggs are brimming with possibilities, hatching Cranidos, Shieldon, Tirtouga, Archen, Tyrunt, and Amaura. These Pokémon can also be encountered through Field Research tasks, alongside rewards such as Aerodactyl Mega Energy.
Spinning PokéStops during Adventure Week yields double XP, with a massive five times XP bonus for your first spin each day! Hatching Pokémon also earns double XP, making this week a great time to boost your experience levels.
