Stage 3 of the Wanted: Midas Quests requires opening an Outlaw Chest, achievable only after reaching Rare rarity with the Outlaw Keycard. This is a time-consuming task, involving numerous vault robberies, guard eliminations, and substantial gold expenditure. Once completed, the demanding Stage 4 begins.
The "Sensor Backpack" isn't found in chests or on the ground. It's located behind the wolf statue south of Crime City, near the Secret Wolf Pack area. Interact with the case on the ground to equip it.
