Baldur's Gate 3's highly anticipated Patch #8 is on the horizon, bringing with it cross-play, a photo mode, and a whopping 12 new subclasses! Larian Studios recently offered a sneak peek at four of these subclasses in a video: the Bard of the College of Enchantment, the Barbarian of the Path of the Giant, the Cleric of the Death Domain, and the Druid of the Circle of Stars.
Currently undergoing stress testing (with more sign-ups available), the community eagerly awaits the official release date, though it remains undisclosed. This initial video is just Part 1 of a series showcasing all 12 subclasses; two more trailers are planned. The stress test, which began in January, already introduced the photo mode as a major update. Patch #8 marks the final major post-launch update, concluding a significant development cycle and leaving players excited for the future of Baldur's Gate 3.
