Remedy has officially set a June 17, 2025 launch date for FBC: Firebreak.

FBC: Firebreak offers a session-based multiplayer PvE experience set in the Control universe. Players can tackle replayable missions called Jobs, featuring diverse challenges, objectives, and environments that demand teamwork and strategic adaptation.

The game will launch on PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5 priced at $39.99 / €39.99 / £32.99. It will also be available through PC Game Pass, Game Pass Ultimate, and PlayStation Plus Game Catalog (Extra and Premium tiers). This marks Remedy's debut as a self-publisher.

Remedy also unveiled the FBC: Firebreak Deluxe Edition for $49.99 / €49.99 / £39.99, containing exclusive cosmetics and premium voice packs. Players can upgrade from the base game for $10 / €10 / £7.

The Deluxe Edition includes:

  • "The Firestarter" Premium Voice Pack
  • "The Pencil Pusher" Premium Voice Pack
  • Firestarter Armor Set, Apex Revision (Helmet, Body Armor, Gloves)
  • Scorched Remnant Double-Barrel Shotgun Skin
  • Golden Firebreak Spray
  • Classified Requisition: "Firestarter" - 36 unlockable cosmetic items including weapon skins, sprays, and armor sets

The game introduces the Requisitions system, rewarding players with new gear and cosmetics through regular gameplay. All content remains permanently available without time-limited restrictions.

Post-launch support includes two free mission updates in 2025, with additional content planned for 2026. All gameplay additions will be free, while optional cosmetics will never affect game balance.

Remedy continues working on multiple projects alongside FBC: Firebreak, including Control 2 and the Max Payne 1 & 2 remakes.
