The game only hints at its whereabouts – somewhere within the bustling Masked Meadows POI. Upon arriving at Masked Meadows, head to the large, multi-story building in the northern section. The workshop isn't above ground; instead, look for a ground-level entrance. However, this quest has a second stage. You must interact with three specific items within the workshop to claim your XP reward.
