Fragrant Story is a fascinating case, originally one of the last Nintendo 3DS releases. There's been a lot of confusion surrounding this game, so let me clarify. Despite its initial launch as a seemingly robust tactical role-playing game, early buyers were shocked to find it only lasted about twenty minutes. The truth? The developer rushed an incomplete version to meet Nintendo's 3DS deadline. Thankfully, it was later updated to its full glory, now offering over ten hours of gameplay. So, don't be put off by rumors of brevity; this updated version is well worth the $7.99 if tactical RPGs are your jam.
Quack Jump ($3.99)
Quack Jump is a straightforward yet enjoyable platformer. It keeps things interesting across its 40 levels with a variety of new mechanics and challenges. At just $3.99, it's a fun and affordable option for platformer fans.
Underground Station ($7.90)
Underground Station is an idle game that casts you as a worker in a dungeon trying to pay off debts. While it may not dazzle visually, it's a solid pick on a day filled with less appealing releases, like the Moist Editions of AI-generated bikini anime girls.
