Genshin Update: Yumemizuki Mizuki Joins 5.4

Genshin Impact Version 5.4: Yumemizuki Mizuki Arrives

Yumemizuki Mizuki, a new 5-Star Anemo Catalyst character from Inazuma, is the highlight of Genshin Impact's Version 5.4 update. This update, following the Natlan storyline conclusion in Version 5.3, offers a smaller-scale Inazuma-focused adventure. The flagship event centers around yokai, with Yae Miko playing a prominent role.

Mizuki, heavily rumored since late 2024, has finally been confirmed as a Standard Banner addition after Version 5.4. Her gameplay is similar to Sucrose, but with added healing capabilities, making her a valuable asset, particularly in Taser teams.

Initially leaked as a tapir yokai, official reveals portray Mizuki as a psychologist and the majority owner of Aisa Bathhouse, hinting at a close friendship with Yae Miko. Her introduction is likely tied to the Version 5.4 flagship event, and a dedicated Story Quest is also planned.

Yumemizuki Mizuki Details:

  • Title: Embrace of Enchanting Dreams
  • Rarity: 5-Star
  • Vision: Anemo
  • Weapon: Catalyst
  • Constellation: Tapirus Somniator

Version 5.4's event banners will feature Mizuki and Wriothesley in the first half, followed by Furina and Sigewinne in the second. Remember, Mizuki joins the Standard Banner after Version 5.4, so players prioritizing her should focus on acquiring her Signature Weapon.

Version 5.4's content is notably less extensive than Version 5.3, including only one new character, one Story Quest, and no new map or Artifact Domain. Consequently, the Primogem reward pool is smaller. Players should consider saving their Lantern Rite rewards for Version 5.4, especially if they aim to obtain highly sought-after characters like Furina or Wriothesley from Fontaine.
