This early access demo features a different protagonist than the Nameless Hero – a fellow prisoner from the Miners' Valley. The developers have meticulously recreated iconic elements while significantly upgrading the visuals. Separately, THQ Nordic confirmed a public release of a free Gothic 1 Remake demo on February 24th. This demo, utilizing Unreal Engine 5, will focus on Niras' prologue.
Importantly, this demo is not integrated into the main game but serves as a standalone experience. Players will control Niras, a convict in the Colony, exploring freely and experiencing the game's world, mechanics, and atmosphere.
