According to an official press release, *MindsEye* centers around protagonist Jacob Diaz, who is equipped with a neural implant known as the MindsEye. This implant, however, has fragmented his memories, leaving him with disjointed flashbacks of his military past. Driven by a quest to uncover the truth about his history, Jacob embarks on a mission that pits him against an AI-powered military force.MindsEye has been on the radar for several years since Benzies left Rockstar Games to establish his new studio, Build a Rocket Boy. In collaboration with Hitman developer IO Interactive, Benzies aims to deliver a AAA action-adventure game. Additionally, MindsEye will introduce the Everywhere platform, previously dubbed "Big budget Roblox" following a studio visit in 2024.
Although the new trailer did not delve into details about Everywhere, MindsEye itself promises to be a thrilling new action game from one of the industry's leading figures. The game is slated for release in the summer of 2025.
