Excitement is building as Honkai Impact 3rd gears up for its v8.1 update, "Drumming in New Resolutions," set to launch on February 20th. This update promises a host of exciting new content including battlesuits, outfits, and anniversary rewards that fans won't want to miss.
What's New in the Update
Kiana makes a fiery return with her new SD-type battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star, ready to ignite the battlefield. Wielding a long staff, her 4-sequence attack unleashes Fire DMG and accumulates Passion Marks, leading to significant AOE damage. To enhance her capabilities, the recommended weapon and PRI-ARM ensure that her enemies truly feel the burn. Additionally, the Herrscher of Human: Ego is set to receive new gear, including a recommended Divine Key, PRI-ARM, and a stigmata set.
On the narrative front, Honkai Impact 3rd v8.1 delves deeper into Leylah's story. Following the Spring Festival dream crisis in v8.0, Kiana returns to reality, joining forces with Rice Cake for a new mission assigned by Theresa. Their destination? The Moon Base, where they'll partake in a festive celebration. Completing the interlude will reward players with Crystals, Source Prisms, and other valuable items.
The update also introduces a fun board where players can activate and collect Yearly Chibis to strengthen their team. Additionally, accumulating shop tokens allows players to exchange them for Crystals, Coralie's new outfit, and a variety of other rewards.

New Outfits and Anniversary Rewards
In addition to Kiana's new battlesuit, other characters are getting fresh looks. Coralie, Luna, and Vita are all receiving new outfits. Luna's new attire is available through spend bonuses, while Vita's outfit will be available in Outfit Supply.
The anniversary celebrations bring a slew of rewards. Simply logging in daily for seven days after the update will earn you a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Continue the login streak for another seven days to claim Kiana's Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human's new Stigma Option, and 10 Equipment Supply Cards.
From February 25th to March 4th, daily logins will grant an S-rank Battlesuit Option, Battlesuit Supply Cards, Crystals, and additional rewards. As a special thank-you, every player will receive five Battlesuit Supply Cards upon the update's release.
