Fortnite's new Reload mode brings back classic locations with a modern twist! This fast-paced mode throws 40 players onto a smaller map featuring iconic locations like Tilted Towers and Retail Row. No vehicles, but plenty of unvaulted weapons await, including fan favorites like the Revolver, Tactical Shotgun, and Rocket Launcher.
What Makes Reload Mode Unique?
Squad wipes are game-ending; there are no second chances. However, the Reboot Timer (starting at 30 seconds, increasing to 40) allows for intense comebacks. Eliminating opponents reduces the timer. Fallen players can choose to initiate their reboot immediately.
Upon elimination, players drop Small Shield Potions, ammo, and building materials (in Build modes), keeping the action resource-driven.
Rewards and Challenges:
Reload mode offers substantial XP rewards through intro quests. Completing three quests unlocks the Digital Dogfight Contrail, six unlocks the Pool Cubes Wrap, and nine nets the NaNa Bath Back Bling. A Victory Royale earns you The Rezzbrella Glider.
