Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Completing "Hush, My Darling" Quest

This side quest, "Hush, My Darling," in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, isn't found in Kuttenberg City itself, but rather in the nearby Kuttenberg Region, west of the city. You'll need your blacksmithing skills for this one, so get ready to hammer!

Speak with Martha

Find Martha in the house attached to the forge in Miskowitz, located in the southeast part of the village. Talk to her, inquire if she needs help, and when she mentions needing a blacksmith, proudly declare your skills! This initiates the "Hush, My Darling" side quest. If you haven't finished the Matthew storyline involving the Dry Devil's group, the bailiff standing near Martha provides another way to locate her.

Craft Horseshoes

You might already have the necessary materials: two Farmer's Horseshoes. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to craft them. Once done, return to Martha.

Find Victoria

Martha requests you deliver the horseshoes to Victoria, whose house lies south of the forge. Upon arrival, you'll find a disturbing scene—blood. Examine the blood, then report your findings to Martha. She'll suggest searching Sigismund's camp.

Sigismund’s Camp

Sigismund's camp is south of Opatowitz. You might even encounter Matthew on your way there. Speak to the blacksmith in the camp about Victoria; he'll mention a soldier named Black. Find Black in the infirmary tent—he's ill. Black requires medicine before talking. Provide him with a Digestive Potion (craft one if needed). Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect. He'll reveal Victoria's likely location in the eastern woods. Find her at the quest marker.

Speak with Victoria. Your dialogue choices don't significantly impact the outcome. However, if you secured a promise from Black to look after her, mentioning it will offer her some solace.

Completing this conversation finishes "Hush, My Darling." Continue with the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
