Knocking Out Enemies in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Leaving a trail of unconscious bodies isn't always the best strategy in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Sometimes, subduing enemies is preferable. Here's how to do it:
- Crouch using the circle button, then stealthily approach an NPC from behind.
- Once close enough, a "Knock Out" prompt will appear in the bottom right corner. Press the corresponding button.
- A blue icon with swords will appear. Press R2 to successfully knock out the NPC.
- If Henry fails the first attempt and the NPC struggles, a shield icon will appear. Press L2 to restrain them and complete the knockout.
- Failing both attempts will likely lead to a fight.
Success depends on the NPC's strength and Henry's own strength stat. However, certain perks can significantly improve your chances:
- Tight Grip
- Sandman
Both perks increase your knockout success rate, making stealth much easier.
How to Stealth Kill Enemies
For a more lethal stealth approach, equip a dagger. The process is similar to knocking out an enemy: sneak up from behind, and a prompt will appear allowing you to stealth kill the NPC.
