The Primitive weekly challenge in *Phasmophobia* transports players back to a seemingly Stone Age scenario, but with a ghostly twist. Unlike our cave-dwelling ancestors, we're tasked with identifying and investigating ghosts without any electronic aid. This challenge tests our ability to navigate the eerie environment of 10 Ridgeview Court, one of the game's more manageable house-style maps, using only our wits and minimal equipment.

The Primitive Challenge ranks among Phasmophobia's most demanding weekly challenges, requiring players to identify ghosts and complete investigations without electronics. This leaves us with limited tools, emphasizing the importance of intuition and understanding ghost behavior. To conquer this challenge, you must successfully complete three investigations at 10 Ridgeview Court.
Tips & Tricks To Complete Primitive Challenge in Phasmophobia
-----------------------------------------------------------------Navigating the Primitive Challenge requires adapting to a unique set of rules and equipment constraints. Without electronics, your loadout is drastically reduced, excluding essentials like Flashlights, DOTs Projectors, and Video Cameras.

Sanity Medication is also unavailable, but you start with a full Sanity meter, offering temporary protection against ghostly encounters. Your equipment includes two Tier 1 Crucifixes to prevent ghost hunts and Tier 2 Firelights and Tier 1 Incense for additional safety. For evidence gathering, you're equipped with two Tier 3 Ghost Writing books and two Tier 1 UV lights, serving dual purposes as both light sources and tools for detecting ultraviolet evidence. Additionally, two Tier 1 thermometers help identify freezing temperatures.
To succeed, leverage your knowledge of ghost behaviors. Each ghost type exhibits unique traits, which, alongside traditional evidence, can help you identify them. Utilize our no-evidence cheat sheet to enhance your ghost-hunting skills.

Locating the ghost quickly is crucial, especially without the fuse box to light up the house, as darkness accelerates sanity loss. The challenge's increased ghost activity should aid in this task. Alternatively, consider using the Ouija Board found in the laundry room to directly ask the ghost about its favorite room, albeit at the cost of 50% of your sanity. Always conclude the session with "Goodbye" to avoid triggering a Cursed Hunt, a particularly wise move in group settings.
