Wuthering Waves Version 1.4: "When the Night Knocks" Update Details Revealed
Kuro Games has unveiled the exciting details for Wuthering Waves Version 1.4, titled "When the Night Knocks," launching November 14th. This update introduces significant gameplay enhancements and new characters.
New Characters and Banners:
Camellya, a limited 5-star Havoc Sword character, will headline her own limited-time banner in the first phase. Lumi, a 4-star Electro Resonator boasting high-speed combat capabilities, will appear alongside Yinlin and Xiangli Yao's rerun banners in the second phase.
Revamped Combat Mechanics:
Version 1.4 introduces two groundbreaking combat features:
- Dream Link: This innovative system allows Resonators to synchronize their powers, unleashing devastating combined attacks.
- Illusive Sprint: By collecting blessings from the white cat, players can activate a high-speed sprint, enabling swift battlefield traversal, evasive maneuvers, and rapid enemy engagement.
Importantly, both Dream Link and Illusive Sprint will remain permanent additions to the game even after the main event concludes.
Weapon Customization Enhancements:
Weapon Projections are introduced, allowing players to alter their weapon's appearance without affecting its performance. Participation in the main event rewards players with a free 4-star Sword Weapon Projection. Additionally, the Depths of Illusive Realm event offers a complete set of Transparent Weapon Projections, providing options for partial or complete weapon invisibility.
