Lilith Games' military strategy MMO, Warpath, receives a significant naval update introducing a comprehensive Naval Force system with nearly 100 meticulously detailed and realistic ships. This update fundamentally alters gameplay.
Warpath's Navy Update Deployed
Players now command a diverse fleet, including powerful vessels such as the Nimitz-Class Aircraft Carrier, ideal for long-range aerial assaults; the stealthy Project 971 Submarine, perfect for surprise underwater attacks; and the Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyer, capable of precise, devastating missile strikes. Each ship accurately reflects its real-world counterpart in terms of combat capabilities.
The Naval Force is categorized into six distinct combat roles:
- Submarines: Masters of stealth, utilizing their Silent Running ability.
- Anti-Submarine Frigates: Swift and precise hunters, countering submarine threats.
- Aircraft Carriers: Long-range dominance through carrier-based aircraft strikes.
- Anti-Aircraft Destroyers: Protecting the skies and neutralizing surface threats.
- Armored Destroyers: Heavily armored, slow-moving but resilient frontline combatants.
- Guided Missile Destroyers: Long-range specialists, ideal for dismantling enemy bases from afar.

Lilith Games has implemented careful balancing to encourage strategic decision-making. Submarines can ambush carriers, but risk detection by faster frigates. Armored Destroyers absorb damage while missile destroyers deliver it from a distance.
Further Enhancements
Naval Force combat pacing has been refined, adjusting attack and defense values for enhanced tactical depth. Ships now maintain firing capabilities while moving. Furthermore, exclusive in-game events are planned throughout January.
