Digital Eclipse's next major release is Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection, a curated bundle of classic fighting games featuring some of the franchise's earliest titles, now enhanced with new functionalities.
The studio renowned for its retro game restorations revealed its focus on Mortal Kombat during today's June 2025 PlayStation State of Play event. Accompanying the announcement was a debut trailer, confirming that NetherRealm's Mortal Kombat 1, Mortal Kombat 2, Mortal Kombat 3, Mortal Kombat 3: Ultimate, Mortal Kombat 4, and additional titles will arrive on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 later this year.

Digital Eclipse confirms the collection will feature more games from the iconic fighting series and includes online multiplayer support with rollback netcode. The full list of additional titles in Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection has not yet been disclosed.
