NetEase Announces the EOS of Dead by Daylight Mobile

NetEase's popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile, is officially ending its service. After a four-year run on Android, the game will be shutting down. This news comes as a surprise to many fans, but the PC and console versions of the game will remain unaffected.

Dead by Daylight Mobile, a mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's successful title, offered a thrilling 4v1 asymmetrical horror experience. Players could choose to be either a Killer, hunting down Survivors, or a Survivor, desperately trying to escape.

Dead by Daylight Mobile's End of Service (EOS) Date:

The game's final day will be March 20th, 2025. The game will be removed from app stores on January 16th, 2025, meaning new downloads will no longer be possible after that date. Existing players can continue playing until the official shutdown date.

NetEase will be providing refunds according to regional regulations. Details regarding the refund process will be released on January 16th, 2025.

Players seeking to continue their Dead by Daylight experience can transition to the PC or console versions. A welcome package awaits those who make the switch, and loyalty rewards will be offered to those who have made in-app purchases or accumulated significant XP on the mobile version.

Before the servers go offline, consider downloading Dead by Daylight Mobile from the Google Play Store for a final taste of the action. For another exciting mobile gaming experience, check out our review of Tormentis Dungeon RPG, a new dungeon-building game for Android.
