Netflix is developing a live-action Dungeons & Dragons series based on the Forgotten Realms setting, according to Deadline. The project, one of Netflix's largest fantasy TV investments, will be helmed by Shawn Levy (director of Deadpool and Wolverine), with Drew Crevello (WeCrashed) as writer and showrunner. While Netflix and Hasbro haven't confirmed the news, the pilot script is reportedly complete. Success could lead to a larger D&D universe on the platform.
