Hethereau, the game's sprawling metropolis, immediately presents an unsettling atmosphere. From peculiar occurrences—like television-headed otters—to midnight skateboard gangs, the city pulsates with an uncanny energy. Players, wielding Esper Abilities, must unravel the mystery behind these "Anomalies" and restore order. Successful crisis resolution might even pave the way for a more integrated city life.
