Warped Wire is a drop from stacked bipedal machines. These enemies are uncommon, but a specific area offers consistent spawns. Fast travel to the Desert Camp access point and proceed along the path towards the main desert. Before reaching the open desert, you'll traverse mountainous terrain following a pipe through some ruins. This section reliably spawns multiple stacked machines.
