Yes! The Shiny rate for Fuecoco during Community Day is a boosted 1 in 25, a significant improvement from the standard 1 in 512. While not guaranteed, your chances of finding a Shiny Fuecoco are greatly increased during these three hours.
Fuecoco’s Evolutions in Pokémon GO
Fuecoco evolves into Crocalor (25 Candies) and then Skeledirge (100 Candies). Community Day offers a special bonus:

Evolving your Fuecoco to Crocalor between the start of Community Day (March 8th) and the following week will grant your Skeledirge the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn—a move not normally available.
