These dazzling additions from the Paldea region are making fans eager to spend their Pack Hourglasses on 10-pack pulls. I couldn't resist diving into the update and spent some of my hard-earned Hourglasses to open ten packs. My luck paid off when I pulled a Charizard EX, though the rest of my haul was less impressive. However, pulling a Pokemon Center Lady card was a small consolation, as she can heal Special Conditions—a useful asset when dealing with tricky status effects like Burn.
Alongside the card additions, the update brings an Emblem event, allowing players to earn new badges to show off to their friends. A major highlight is the introduction of Ranked Matches, where you can compete against other Trainers to climb from Beginner to Master Ball Rank. Your performance will be tracked with points, and at the end of the season (approximately one month), you'll be awarded an emblem based on your rank. This is the perfect opportunity for me to dust off my dueling skills and start crafting competitive decks.
