It's been an exciting year since Bluepoch Games launched their innovative 20th Century time-travel RPG, *Reverse: 1999*. Now, the game is celebrating its First Anniversary with the release of a significant update, Version 1.9, titled 'Vereinsamt'.
Vereinsamt Means Lonely In German
To mark the *Reverse: 1999* First Anniversary, players have the chance to add Semmelweis, a 6-star character, to their roster for free. Simply log in during the event period to claim her and enjoy 30 free pulls as well.
Another highlight is Lucy, a 6-star DPS character with a design inspired by the iconic film *Metropolis*. Despite her robotic appearance, Lucy is an Awakened arcanist linked to the Watt steam engine prototype, driven by a passion for advancing scientific progress. You can find her in the limited banner 'Thoughts in Cylinder.'
Returning to the game is Matilda, a 5-star character, and Kakania, who was introduced in Version 1.7. Reverse: 1999 First Anniversary Has New Modes
Version 1.9 introduces an engaging new rogue-like mode named 'A Series of Dusks,' allowing players to earn Lorelei, a new 5-star character, along with a plethora of other rewards.
Exciting collaborations are also on the horizon. Discovery will introduce new garments for Tooth Fairy and Getian, while KOI will collaborate with *Reverse: 1999* starting in October, featuring exclusive limited-edition merchandise.
In addition to new characters, Version 1.9 brings the game's first unique garment. Regulus can now don the 'Take Off! To the Future' look, which comes with new Ultimates and other enhancements. Other characters such as Jessica, Voyager, and Sonetto will also receive stylish new outfits.
