Locating The Keeper's Secret
To acquire the Rod of the Exalted One, you must first discover The Keeper's Secret. This hidden location resides on one of the main islands. Access is free. Navigate to Mushgrove Swamp.
On this island, locate a camouflaged wall within the rocks. This is challenging without knowing its precise location. Proceed directly inland from the Shipwright NPC. Upon encountering tall rocks, turn left to find a darker-colored, visually distinct false wall. Pass through cautiously; the interior cave is small, containing only an elevator and a dangerous drop shaft. A misstep into the shaft results in instant death. Successfully using the elevator leads to The Keeper's Secret, featuring seven differently colored pedestals.
Solving The Keeper's Secret Puzzle
Each of the seven pedestals requires a uniquely mutated Enchant Relic:
