Old School RuneScape is introducing a unique autumn experience with Grid Master, a community event that combines bingo-style boards with the classic grind and strategy. From October 15th to November 12th, players can dive into a 7x7 challenge grid where every tile presents a specific task.
Each square in OSRS's Grid Master event might involve defeating a boss, revisiting quests, or participating in minigames and skilling activities. Completing a task grants rewards such as relics, XP boosts, or even direct quest completions. Clear an entire row or column to earn bonus prizes on top of the individual tile rewards.
As you advance, you'll accumulate Grid Points, which serve as the event's currency. These points can be redeemed at the event's conclusion for exclusive cosmetic items, encouraging continuous progress across the board. Grid Master reimagines popular community features like Clan Bingo and Leagues into a more flexible format, focusing less on intense strategy and more on adaptable gameplay.
Jagex has also included options for Free-to-Play players. You can access a limited selection of tiles on dedicated worlds, giving you a taste of the relics and rewards that members enjoy on the full grid. This provides a great opportunity to experience the event without a membership, similar to other community activities.
