Remember Sonic Rumble? The upcoming Sonic game where Sonic the Hedgehog and his pals are trading in their high-speed adventures for a chaotic party in the style of Fall Guys? Well, after conducting its Closed Beta Test (CBT) earlier in May, Sonic Rumble is now ready for launch, or rather pre-launch.
Where’s The Sonic Rumble Pre-Launch Happening?
SEGA has launched Sonic Rumble in the Philippines on both Android and iOS. This marks Phase 1 of the Pre-Launch of Sonic Rumble, which will continue throughout the remaining summer. Once this phase concludes, all gameplay data from this early phase will be wiped clean.
During the fall, SEGA will initiate Pre-Launch 2, expanding the game's availability to Peru and Colombia. Following this, Phase 3 will introduce Sonic Rumble to additional regions, which are yet to be announced.
Right after these phases, SEGA will open pre-registration for the game globally, expected by the end of this year or early next year. With the recent release of Fall Guys, it seems Sonic Rumble is eager to jump into the action as soon as possible.
What’s The Game Like?
Sonic Rumble, akin to Stumble Guys and Fall Guys, features mini-games packed with crazy obstacles and wacky challenges. You can play solo or team up with friends to tackle the competition together.
What sets Sonic Rumble apart is its integration of Sonic's classic villains. It wouldn't be a true Sonic universe without them, right? While you'll still be dodging obstacles, don't be surprised if Dr. Eggman or another baddie shows up to throw a wrench in your plans.
