Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl boasts a range of armor suits enhancing player survival within The Zone's hazardous environment. The SEVA-V suit, a highly valuable member of the SEVA series, stands out as a free, early-game acquisition offering superior PSI protection. This guide details its location and acquisition.
Acquiring the SEVA-V Suit in Stalker 2
The SEVA-V armor is located at the Scientist Helicopter point of interest (POI) in Stalker 2's Rostok region. This POI is southwest of the Rostok base, characterized by a large field containing a crashed helicopter within an Electro anomaly and a massive, rusted crane. Reaching the SEVA-V suit atop the crane requires some climbing.
Accessing the Scientist Helicopter POI & Climbing the Crane
Upon entering the Scientist Helicopter POI, you'll observe a downed helicopter (right, within the Electro anomaly) and a ladder ascending the rusted crane (left). Before tackling the crane, utilize your artifact detector to secure an Electro-type artifact from the anomalous field near the helicopter. This will help mitigate the effects of the anomaly.
Climb the ladder on the left to reach the top of the crane. Once there, proceed right across the crane to the operator's cabin on the left.
Retrieving the SEVA-V Suit & its Specifications
Inside the operator's cabin, locate a bag containing valuable supplies and the SEVA-V armor. Carefully navigate back down the crane using the same route.
The SEVA-V suit, upgradable by Rostok base technician Screw, accommodates four artifacts. It provides excellent radiation protection and respectable PSI protection. If you possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit can yield a substantial profit.
