Pokémon GO's Beloved Buddies event is bringing a wave of excitement, including surprise Pokémon debuts, boosted rewards, and challenging raids! This heartwarming event focuses on strengthening your bond with your Pokémon companions.
When Does the Beloved Buddies Event Begin?
Mark your calendars! The Beloved Buddies event runs from February 11th to February 15th. Get ready to deepen your connections with your Pokémon! A special Pokémon makes its debut: Dhelmise, the Sea Creeper Pokémon, will be available for the first time, ready to join your team and challenge you in raids.
Event Bonuses and Encounters:
Catching Pokémon during the event nets you double XP, providing a fantastic opportunity to level up quickly. Lure Modules are supercharged, lasting a full hour and attracting a variety of Pokémon, including Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis. Catching any of these Pokémon will reward you with an extra 500 Stardust per catch!
Several Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild, including Shiny Diglett and Shiny Dunsparce. Keep an eye out for Nidoran, Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Remoraid, Mantine, Plusle, Minun, Volbeat, Illumise, Cutiefly, and Fomantis.
Raid Battles:
Raids offer a diverse range of challenges. One-star raids feature Shellder, Dwebble, and Skrelp (with an increased shiny rate for Skrelp). Three-star raids bring Slowbro, Hippowdon, and the debuting Dhelmise. Five-star raids will feature Enamorus (Incarnate Forme), while Mega Raids offer the formidable Mega Tyranitar.
