Subway Surfers City: A Fresh Take on Endless Running
The popular Subway Surfers franchise returns with a new installment, Subway Surfers City, currently in soft launch. While the core gameplay remains familiarly addictive, this iteration adds exciting new elements.
Currently under soft launch in select regions (including the Netherlands, Canada, and Denmark), a global release date hasn't been announced by SYBO Games.
Back on the Tracks
The classic formula is intact: you'll navigate vibrant cityscapes, collect coins, and evade the persistent inspector and his dog. However, Subway Surfers City introduces a brand-new setting – Subway City itself – complete with fresh obstacles, challenging heights, and a roster of both familiar and new characters. Returning favorites like Jake, Tricky, Fresh, and Yutani join newcomers Jay and Billy. Unlocking unexplored areas is now tied to earning experience points (XP).
The game features enhanced graphics, introduces secret stars to discover as you progress, and incorporates a revamped leveling system with character upgrades.
While seasoned Subway Surfers players will find the core mechanics familiar (running, jumping, dodging), Subway Surfers City presents unique twists and obstacles within the bustling train yard setting.
