The trailer introduces the Bachelor, a young scientist who abandons his metropolitan laboratory to seek a cure for a mysterious plague ravaging a remote town. Initially planned as part of Pathologic 2, this content now stands alone as a fully realized game.
The trailer highlights familiar locations for series veterans, alongside new gameplay mechanics focused on managing the epidemic. Players, as the Bachelor, will explore the town, interact with its inhabitants, solve mysteries, and confront challenging moral dilemmas.
