Titled "The Days Have Worn Away," this is the seventh numbered issue and the 29th overall, marking a significant event given the seven-year gap since the last release in 2017.
Valve playfully acknowledged the extended wait, likening the comic's creation to the building of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. They humorously pointed out that while the tower's builders didn't live to see its completion, TF2 players "only" waited seven years.
