What are Arcanas?
Arcanas are modifiers in Vampire Survivors. Unlocking Randomazzo activates the Arcana system, starting with Sarabande of Healing. Players choose their Arcana cards on the stage selection screen before each match. Each Arcana offers unique functionality, but must be unlocked first.
Here are a few examples:

Boogaloo of Illusions: Expands the character's area over 10 seconds from -25% to +25%, gaining +1% area per level. Unlocked by reaching level 50 with Concetta.

Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles detonate on impact, creating light explosions and causing explosions on character damage. Unlocked by reaching level 50 with Arca.

Silent Old Sanctuary: Provides +3 Reroll, Skip, and Banish. Grants +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each unused weapon slot. Unlocked by reaching minute 31 in Dairy Plant.

Blood Astronomia: Weapons emit damage zones affected by Amount and Magnet; enemies within Magnet range take damage based on Amount. Unlocked by reaching level 50 with Poe.
