War Thunder's "Firebirds" Update: New Aircraft and More!
Gaijin Entertainment has announced the upcoming "Firebirds" update for War Thunder, arriving in early November. This major update boasts a significant addition of new aircraft, ground vehicles, and warships.
New Aircraft Soaring into War Thunder
Among the exciting additions are iconic military aircraft: the stealthy American F-117 Nighthawk, the powerful Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber, and the formidable F-15E Strike Eagle.

F-117A Nighthawk: This groundbreaking aircraft represents War Thunder's first stealth technology implementation. Its unique design, employing radar-absorbing materials and sharp angles to deflect radar waves, made it a near-invisible threat during Operation Desert Storm, completing over 1,200 combat sorties without a single loss.

F-15E Strike Eagle: An enhanced version of the F-15 fighter, the Strike Eagle boasts a 50% larger payload capacity and a ground target detection radar. It's equipped with a devastating arsenal, including AGM-65 Maverick missiles, laser-guided bombs, JDAMs, and the ability to deploy 20 GBU-39 satellite-guided bombs simultaneously.
Beyond the Skies: Ground and Naval Forces
The "Firebirds" update isn't limited to aircraft. New ground vehicles include the agile British FV107 Scimitar light tank. Naval forces receive a boost with the addition of the French battleship Dunkerque.
Aces High Season Continues
The current Aces High season offers further opportunities for players to earn unique vehicles, trophies, and rewards by completing the season and Battle Pass. These include aircraft such as the Bf 109 G-14, F2G-1, and La-11, along with powerful tanks like the T54E2 and G6, and ships including the HMS Orion and USS Billfish.
