In Stalker 2, one intriguing Anomalous Field, the Poppy Field, holds the Weird Flower Artifact. Beyond a side quest, this Artifact offers a unique ability. Here's how to find and use it.
Locating the Weird Flower
The Weird Flower is nestled in the Poppy Field's northern section, past the central L-shaped building. Be warned: the field's effects induce drowsiness and hallucinations. Stock up on Non-Stop Energy Drinks to survive the journey. Keep moving until you spot a small, blue flower on the ground – that's your prize.
Utilizing the Weird Flower
Equip the Weird Flower in your Artifact slot (above the Quick Access section). The number of Artifacts you can equip depends on your gear; early game players typically have only one slot.
The Weird Flower provides a temporary stealth bonus, but only after sleeping while wearing it. A bed in the Lesser Zone trader's side room is one confirmed location for this. Sleeping might advance the time significantly, potentially changing the time of day.
While interesting, the Weird Flower's practical value is limited by the scarcity of sleeping spots in the game. Its stealth benefit may not outweigh other options, leading some players to sell it.
