Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, a thrilling skiing game featuring co-op and PvP modes, drops onto Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on January 21st as a day-one release. This announcement follows a relatively quiet first half of January for Game Pass, which primarily saw title shifts between subscription tiers.
While the initial January 2025 Game Pass lineup was considered lean by some subscribers, the second half of the month promises a much more robust selection. Following Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can anticipate the arrival of several other day-one titles: Eternal Strands (January 28th), Sniper Elite: Resistance (January 30th), and Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector (January 31st).
Among these additions, Eternal Strands, developed by Yellow Brick Games and helmed by BioWare veteran Mike Laidlaw, stands out. This action-adventure game boasts a distinct Zelda-esque atmosphere.
