Program Overview
Our loyalty initiative encourages purchases by awarding bonus points (Bonuses) that can be redeemed for discounts and special offers tailored to member preferences.

Participant: Individuals aged 14+ eligible to complete household transactions under Kazakh law. Participants must register with valid identification.
Participant Information Form: Registration details provided voluntarily for program enrollment. Submission grants Royal Petrol permission to process personal data (per Kazakhstan Law #94-V) including:
- Marketing communications via email/SMS/messengers
- Automated data processing
- Database creation
Consent remains valid until formally withdrawn.
Virtual Card: Digital membership card accessible via mobile app
