The My VIDA app serves as an integrated component, supporting the entire customer journey from ownership onward. It connects key vehicle functions, allowing you to operate them remotely via the app using WiFi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and Cloud connectivity.
Key My VIDA app features over WiFi include: Turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call answering and rejection, missed call alerts, SMS alerts, and phone status (Network, Battery, and App Connection). Over Cloud connectivity: Remote immobilization, live tracking, share scooter location, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall detection, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and OTA updates. Over BLE: Lock/unlock, ignition on/off, boot open, and ping my scooter.
Additionally, users can schedule charging at their nearest station, plan commutes and routes ahead of time, and request service at home, on the road, or at a service center. You can also customize your ride to match your terrain or mood.
